Position: Call Center Associate
Required Staff: 20 Persons (Male/Female)
Salary: Up to NPR 20,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Sukedhara (Near Chabahil)
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and customers.
Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
Assist with office reporting and coordination tasks.
Use Microsoft Excel for daily data entry and report preparation.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and speaking skills.
Confidence in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Basic computer knowledge.
Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
Requirements
Open to both male and female candidates.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
