Refund Policy

Eligibility for refund

You may request a refund if you purchased a new job listing and did not receive the promised service (for example, your job post was not published, or the system failed to activate it).
Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind after the job listing has been successfully published and is visible to candidates, unless local law requires otherwise.

2. Refund timeframes

Within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund (if the job listing has not been manually reviewed, edited, or published).
24–72 hours after purchase: Partial refund (e.g., 50% of the listing fee) at the discretion of the platform, provided the listing has not been promoted or shared externally.
After 72 hours: No refund, as the listing may have already been viewed, shared, or promoted to candidates.

3. How to request a refund

Send an email to support@himanijob.com (or your actual support address) with the subject line: Refund Request – Job Listing.
Include:
- Your full name and email.
- The job listing ID or title.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or screenshot).
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.

4. Refund method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer) used for purchase.
Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take 3–10 business days.

5. Non‑refundable cases

We generally do not issue refunds when:

The job listing has been successfully published and is live.
You withdrew the listing voluntarily from the platform.
You failed to provide required information (e.g., job details, company info) that delayed activation.
The issue is due to employer decisions (e.g., cancelling the role, changing job requirements) after the listing went live.

6. Policy changes

Himani Job reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with the new “Last Updated” date.
